I'M BACK from my long (and very tiring) euro trip and can't stop thinking about how unhealthy I ate those 2 weeks. It was literally non-stop pasta and aperol spritz every single day and I wasn't complaining!
Anyway, i'm ready to get back on track! Here's my latest quinoa recipe that I'll be most likely be having multiple times this month
WHAT YOU NEED:
+Avocado (mine wasn't ready yet, ugh)
+1 table spoon of lime juice
+1 table spoon of vinegar
+1 table spoon of organic chipotle ranch dressing (you could totally add more but the bowl won't be as healthy!) Click here for the exact one I use -- sold at Publix around the veggie area
and voila! Super healthy, super easy!
